SOFTSWISS rolls out latest tool to eliminate industry bottleneck

(AsiaGameHub) –   Gaming software developer SOFTSWISS has unveiled another new product, continuing a period of significant activity for the company.

The Malta-based firm announced the launch of its new self-service testing tool, the Partner API Tester, designed for its Sportsbook Partner API 2.0 for sports betting.

SOFTSWISS states that this solution is intended to streamline the integration process for operators utilizing its sportsbook system, thereby enhancing efficiency.

The company’s objective is to eliminate the necessity for separate manual checks across betting, wallet, and management functionalities, which in turn aims to reduce costs and the frequency of troubleshooting.

Alexander Kamenetskyi, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, commented: “While integration speed is crucial, so is confidence. Operators need assurance that their sportsbook will function precisely as anticipated before going live.

“The Partner API Tester addresses a major bottleneck in the process: manual validation. Our partners can now conduct their own integration tests, identify any issues, and achieve faster launches. This self-service capability saves time for all parties involved and makes the entire process more predictable.”

This product announcement follows closely on the heels of SOFTSWISS releasing its latest report, which analyzes global iGaming industry trends, including hiring patterns, the influence of Artificial Intelligence, and the motivations behind employee career changes.

Both the report and the API announcement come after a busy February for SOFTSWISS, which included securing partnerships with entities such as TrueLabel and becoming a member of a prominent regional trade association.

The partnership with TrueLabel involved the integration of SOFTSWISS’s sportsbook solution by the casino technology platform across various jurisdictions. This integration encompassed sports coverage, live betting, adaptable bet types, and risk management.

Furthermore, its membership in the Associação Nacional de Jogos e Loterias (ANJL) has expanded the platform’s presence in South America, particularly within the lottery sector, aligning with a broader industry expansion across Latin American betting and gaming markets.
