Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Announces New Board Members

The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers announced on Thursday that its membership elected a new board during its 2026 annual meeting.

AGEM Board Chair Ryan Comstock, who is the acting CEO at Ainsworth Game Technology, was not up for election as he entered the second year of his two-year term as Chair and presided over the meeting. The meeting approved one-year terms on the board for:

  • Elaine Hodgson, Director, Incredible Technologies President/CEO
  • Lauralyn Sandoval, Director, Aristocrat Gaming Vice President of Gaming Strategy & Business Development
  • Phil O’Shaughnessy, Director, Vice President, Global Communications, Government Relations & Sustainability, IGT
  • Steve DiMasi, Director, Light & Wonder Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs & Business Development
  • Randy Gilbert, Secretary, TableTrac CEO
  • Thomas Jingoli, Treasurer, Konami Gaming President & Chief Operating Officer

The AGEM Board also approved one-year terms as ex-officio/non-voting members on the board for:

  • Cassie Stratford, Ex-Officio Director, Boyd Gaming Corporation Senior Vice President, Legal Operations & Compliance; Global Gaming Women Advisory Board Member
  • Bob Parente, Ex-Officio Director & Assistant Treasurer, Light & Wonder Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer

These ex-officio/non-voting positions are created to further broaden the perspectives and voices within AGEM from the global gaming community and sustain dialogue on long-term AGEM strategic initiatives

The 2026 annual meeting also witnessed AGEM approve the membership applications of three companies: US Bank, Sun-Fly USA, and Adostics, each joining AGEM as Associate Members. They join three other companies recently approved as new members in late 2025: Walker Digital Table Systems (Silver), CBRE (Associate) and CasinoReviews.net (Associate).

AGEM commences its new financial year on April 1.
